Book our comfortable and luxurious modern Bothy located next to the 130 year old Newton Farmhouse, which has been our family home for the last few years. Newton Bothy is a very comfortable self-contained apartment with its own outside seating area and views across rolling countryside from its upstairs lounge. It is perfectly located for exploring the rich heritage, diverse nature and fantastic outdoor activities the Trossachs has to offer.
On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen diner, a twin bedroom and beautifully appointed bathroom. Guests can make delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The large twin bedroom is provided with all your requirements including goose down duvets and additional bedding.
The spacious modern bathroom has a WC, wash basin and walk in shower with toiletries and towels provided. On the upper floor there is a comfortable lounge area where guests can enjoy the views from the west facing panorama window and witness the spectacular sunsets or simply relax in front of the TV or read from the selection of books on the local area.
The Bothy is extremely cosy has underfloor heating maintains a comfortable temperature at all times. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, private parking and a charging point for electric vehicles by arrangement
